How to Download Your Files

  1. 1.After payment you are taken back to your order page, which lists your downloads. Bookmark it.
  2. 2.Click Download next to your product. Each link works for 24 hours; reopening your order page always gives you fresh links.
  3. 3.Your files will download as a ZIP archive to your Downloads folder.
  4. 4.Extract the ZIP file by right-clicking it and selecting "Extract All" (Windows) or double-clicking it (Mac).

Common Issues

I closed my order page before downloading

  • Your payment receipt from Creem (our payment provider) was emailed to you
  • Check your spam folder if you can't find the receipt
  • Email us from the address you used at checkout and we'll send you a new link to your order page
  • Your purchase is never lost: it is tied to your order, not to the browser

The download link isn't working

  • Download links are valid for 24 hours; reopen your order page for a fresh one
  • Try copying and pasting the link into a new browser window
  • Disable any ad blockers or browser extensions that might interfere
  • Try using a different browser

I can't open the files

  • Make sure you've extracted the ZIP file first
  • PDF files require a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)
  • Try opening the files on a different device
  • If files appear corrupted, try downloading them again

File Formats

PDF: All printable products are delivered as PDF files, which can be opened on any device with a PDF reader.

Paper Sizes: Products include both US Letter (8.5" x 11") and A4 (international) formats. Choose the one that matches your printer.

Color Options: Most products include both full-color and low-ink black & white versions.

Printing Tips

  • Use the correct paper size (US Letter or A4) for your printer
  • Set your printer to "Actual Size" or 100% scale (not "Fit to Page")
  • Use cardstock or heavier paper for games and activities that need more durability
  • Test print one page first to check quality and alignment
  • For best results, use color mode for full-color files
